Each LU’MA creation is carefully inspected before shipping.
You may request a return within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and undamaged.

To initiate a return, contact info@lumaradiale.com with:

• your order number;

• reason for return;

• request for exchange or refund.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
